Course Description: Python for Beginners

Step into the world of programming with our beginner-friendly Python course, designed to turn curious minds into confident coders! In this exciting, hands-on journey, students will learn the ABCs of Python—one of the most popular programming languages in the world and the powerhouse behind today’s coolest tech, from Instagram to self-driving cars.

Whether your child dreams of building games, automating tasks, or creating A.I., this course lays the foundation with fun projects and interactive lessons tailored for young learners. By the end, they’ll not only understand how code works but be able to write it themselves!

 Key Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this course, students will be able to:

• Understand what programming is and how Python is used in the real world.

• Master basic concepts: variables, data types, loops, conditionals, and functions.

• Work with lists, dictionaries, and simple data structures.

• Build mini-projects.

• Gain problem-solving skills, logic building, and beginner debugging tools.

• Finish with a project to show off to friends and family!

 Course Format:
This 5 week course will be delivered through a combination of live lectures, hands-on coding exercises and projects. Students will have access to online resources, coding platforms, and community forums to facilitate collaborative learning and support. Classes will be twice a week for 1 hour each. These are group classes with up to 6 students.
